If you uninstall the app, all data is permanently deleted from your device.

📧 Email Reports

When you use the "Email My Weekly Report" feature, the app opens your device's email app with a pre-filled message containing your sleep summary. This email is sent directly from your personal email account — we do not send emails on your behalf or have access to your email account.

🔔 Notifications

SleepWell may send local notifications to remind you to log your sleep. These notifications are:

• Generated locally on your device
• Not connected to any external server
• Fully controllable — you can disable them anytime in app settings

🎵 Ambient Music

The ambient sleep music in SleepWell is bundled within the app itself. No external audio streams are accessed, and no usage data is collected regarding your music preferences beyond local storage of your selected track.

👶 Children's Privacy

SleepWell is designed for users of all ages including children. The app does not collect any data that is transmitted off-device, making it safe for all age groups. We comply with applicable children's privacy laws.

🛡️ Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control:

• Access — all your data is visible within the app
• Delete — uninstall the app to delete all data permanently
• Modify — update your profile information anytime in the app
